GOP plan: cut taxes for the well healed & Trump clan. This increases the deficit which makes the economy unstable. Insist that benefits for the downtrodden must be cut to reduce the deflicit. Twin aims, make the 1% richer & reduce the state & safe net. This is the GOP wet dream.
