Leaders who are in position mostly are those who paid there way in and not earning their spots. Fathers a great men who when they become the teacher are always the best. He never knew his father but instincts kicked in and he became a great dad.

It was said of the British generals during the first world war at the battle of Somme. Cowards leading heroes resulting in defeat. In a corporate world, you find managers who have no clear version of their tasks leading staff with determination to succeed.
